We use premium quality full grain genuine leather in our products. It’s better to read the product description. Our products are backed by 3 years warranty if you found any flaw, they will be returned or exchanged.

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

  • Free delivery over the order of Rs. 2000 for domestic shipping.
  • Flat rate Rs. 150 applies to Lahore.
  • Flat rate Rs. 195 applies to other cities of Punjab.
  • Flat rate Rs. 245 applies to other provinces.
  • International: zone base charges will apply.

How long will delivery take?

Order Processing Time

We ship from Lahore, Order is placed by the customer, after confirmation, it will take 1 to 2 days to get ready to ship. Orders received after 6 pm will be processed the next day.

Shipping time depends on delivery location.

  • Lahore: 1 to 2 working days.
  • Punjab: 1 to 2 Working Days.
  • Other Provinces of Pakistan: 1 to 3 working days.
  • International: 1 to 6 weeks depending on location

What exactly happens after ordering?

A Customer place an order, The successfully placed orders will receive a confirmation e-mail, which includes your order detail and billing information, if you do not receive an email please check your spam emails or contact the HIDEIOR team at info@hideior.com.

After that, you will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp, if you confirm the order, we will dispatch it within 36 hours,

 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

When you place an order, our system will automatically generate and email invoice for that order, if you need a hard copy we will ship with the order.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or wrong package, please take picture of the damaged product and package send, this can be done via email: info@hideior.com, or fill the form on the contact us page, we will replace it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order without any cost before being dispatched. Once the order is dispatched it will be returned or replaced, but the courier charges will be deducted.
