Order Cancellation and Return
You have the right to return, exchange or refund goods within 30 days after receiving your order, without giving us the reason, but you are requested ( with your consent) to explain the reason for the improvement of our services.
In order to use your rights of return or cancellation of your order, you must clearly inform us, by using the following means.
We will reimburse or exchange your order within 14 days after receiving your return. You will not claim any fee or charges for such return, reimbursement, or exchange of your orders.
Term for Return and Exchange
To return or exchange a product, it should meet the fowling criteria.
- The product must be unused, unworn, with original packing, tags, and without any flaws.
- The goods on sale can also be returned or exchanged (Limited Time Offer)
- Manufacture box or packing must be intact,
- If the product is damaged due to poor packing while returning it will send back to you.
- Customized or personalized products are not subjected to return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive the refund the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
